Bindi origins go back to Milan, 1946. The ingredients and methods used in creating such exquisite desserts have not changed a great deal in its 60 year history, although now the state of the art factory which has gained the highest CMI accreditation available, makes it almost unbelievable to say that all of these desserts are still handmade.
